This Privacy Policy applies to the Fluxly Android application published under the package name com.fluxly.cleanup, currently listed on Google Play as Fluxly Cleanup: Photo & Video (the App). It explains what information the App accesses or processes, why it is needed, when third-party services may receive limited data, and the choices available to you.

The App is offered by Changjiu Lifestyle, the developer name shown on Google Play. In this Policy, “Fluxly,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of the App.

1. Privacy summary

Photos, videos, files, contacts, notification information, installed-app information, and Private Space content are intended to be processed on your device for the features you choose to use.
Fluxly does not provide cloud storage for your personal photos, videos, files, contacts, or Private Space content.
The App contains advertising and may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, Google Play functionality, and network speed testing. These services may process limited device, network, diagnostic, identifier, or interaction data under their own privacy policies.
Fluxly does not sell your personal files, contacts, or notification content.
You can revoke permissions through Android settings. Local content can be removed through the App, the Android file or contact controls, by clearing App data, or by uninstalling the App, depending on the feature.

2. Information accessed or processed

2.1 Photos, videos, and files

When you use AI Photo Cleaner, Video Cleaner, Fast Clean, Junk Cleaner, video compression, or related storage tools, the App may access photos, videos, temporary files, log files, installation packages, cache files, empty folders, downloads, and other files that you choose to review.

Fluxly uses this access to:

find duplicate, similar, or blurry photos;
scan videos and identify large or duplicate videos;
show file categories and storage usage;
remove files that you select;
compress videos that you select; and
import files into or export files from Private Space.

Photo, video, and file scanning is designed to run locally on your device. Fluxly does not provide a feature that uploads your personal media library or Private Space files to Fluxly cloud storage.

2.2 Private Space

Private Space stores selected files in an App-controlled area on your device and uses a PIN to control access through the App. When importing a file, you may choose whether to keep the original file or remove it from its previous location.

Private Space is local storage, not a cloud backup service. Clearing App data, uninstalling the App, losing access to the device, or resetting Private Space may make locally stored files unavailable. Export files you want to keep before clearing App data or uninstalling the App.

2.3 Contacts

When you use contact management, the App may read your contacts to find duplicate entries and may write to your contacts when you choose to merge them. Contact matching and merging are designed to occur on your device. Fluxly does not use your contact list for advertising and does not intentionally upload your address book to Fluxly servers.

2.4 Installed apps and device activity

When you use App Manager or Device Optimizer, the App may access information about installed applications, package names, storage usage, usage frequency, running or background apps, and memory status. This information is used to display apps, support Android’s uninstall flow, show device activity, close supported background processes, and release memory.

Fluxly does not silently uninstall applications. App removal is completed through Android’s system process.

2.5 Notifications

If you enable notification access for Notification Cleaner, the App may read active and incoming notification information, such as the originating app, notification text, category, and time, so it can clear current notifications and apply the blocking choices you configure. Notification processing is intended to occur locally on your device. Fluxly does not use notification content for advertising.

You can disable notification access at any time in Android settings. Disabling access stops Notification Cleaner from reading or managing future notifications.

2.6 Network speed test

When you start a network speed test, the App exchanges test data with network measurement servers. Those servers necessarily receive technical connection information such as your IP address, request time, network type, test results, and basic device or connection information. This information is used to perform the test, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

2.7 Widget and charging animation

The storage widget may use locally available storage information to show status or provide shortcuts from the Home screen. Charging animation may use charging state and, depending on your Android version and selected behavior, display permissions. These features are not intended to upload your personal files.

2.8 Device, advertising, analytics, and diagnostic data

The App contains advertising and may use third-party services for ads, analytics, crash reporting, and App functionality. Depending on the final App build, Android version, region, consent choices, and service configuration, these services may process:

device model, operating-system version, language, country or region, and App version;
IP address and approximate location derived from IP address;
advertising identifiers, App instance identifiers, or other device identifiers;
App interactions, feature usage, session information, and ad interactions; and
crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance data.

Third-party services process this information under their own terms and privacy policies. The exact services included in a release may change when SDKs are added, removed, or updated.

2.9 Support communications

If you contact us, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, attachments you choose to send, and technical details you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve support issues.

3. Permissions and Android access

Fluxly requests access when it is needed for a feature you choose to use. Depending on your device and Android version, this may include:

Photos and videos / storage access: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, legacy READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or all-files access where included and permitted, for scanning, cleaning, compression, and Private Space.
Contacts: READ_CONTACTS and WRITE_CONTACTS, for finding and merging duplicate contacts.
Installed apps and usage access: package visibility and usage-access settings, for App Manager and Device Optimizer.
Notification access: notification-listener access and notification permission, for clearing and blocking notifications.
Network access: internet and network-state access, for advertising, diagnostics, service requests, and network speed testing.
System uninstall flow: package deletion requests, which open or use Android’s system-controlled uninstall process.
Display access: display-over-other-apps or related access only if required for a charging animation selected by you.

You can deny or revoke permissions in Android settings. A feature may not work when its required access is unavailable, but unrelated features should remain available where technically possible.

4. How information is used

We use information to:

provide the feature you request;
scan and organize local content;
manage storage, contacts, apps, notifications, and device activity;
run network speed tests;
show and measure advertising;
diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and maintain security;
understand App performance and improve reliability; and
respond to support or legal requests.

Where applicable, processing is based on your request to use a feature, your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the App, or compliance with legal obligations. The applicable legal basis may vary by jurisdiction.

5. Third-party services

The App may use Google Play services, Google advertising services, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics. When you run a network speed test, a network measurement provider may also process connection data. The providers included in a release may vary by App version, region, and service configuration.

Third-party providers may collect or receive information directly through their SDKs or endpoints. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. Relevant Google information is available at:

6. Sharing and sale of information

Fluxly does not sell your personal photos, videos, files, contacts, or notification content. We may allow service providers to process limited information where necessary to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, network testing, infrastructure, security, or legal compliance.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the App; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the App, subject to applicable law.

Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as “sharing” even when no money is exchanged. Where required, we will provide the consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law.

7. Data retention and deletion

Local files and Private Space: remain on your device until you delete or export them, clear App data, reset the relevant feature, or uninstall the App. The result depends on the feature and Android storage behavior.
Contacts and installed apps: remain in Android’s contact or application systems. Fluxly processes this information when the relevant feature is used or permission remains enabled.
Notification information: is processed for notification management while notification access is enabled. Disable notification access to stop future access.
Support messages: may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Advertising, analytics, crash, and speed-test data: is retained according to the configuration and policies of the relevant provider.

You can delete local App data through Android settings. Deleting App data or uninstalling the App may also delete files kept only inside Private Space. If you want to request deletion of information held by us, contact us using the address below. For information controlled directly by a third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider’s privacy controls.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed by the App. Local processing reduces the need to transmit personal content, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, Android account, screen lock, and Private Space PIN.

9. International processing

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by law, we and our providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms or other lawful safeguards. Provider locations and safeguards must be confirmed against the services included in the final release.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain advertising uses, or complain to a data-protection authority.

You can also:

review or revoke App permissions in Android settings;
disable notification access or usage access;
manage advertising choices through your device or Google settings;
delete or export local files through the relevant feature;
clear App data or uninstall the App; and
contact us about privacy requests.

We may need information to verify and complete a request. Rights and response periods vary by jurisdiction.

11. Children’s privacy

Fluxly is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a network service used by the App, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when App features, SDKs, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy at the public privacy-policy URL and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
