Important Disclosure: All media files are analyzed and processed locally on your device. We do not upload your personal photos, videos, or files to our servers.
B. Contact Information
Purpose: Used for the "Contact Cleanup" feature to identify and merge duplicate contacts, or clean incomplete/invalid contact entries.
Processing: This feature requires permission to read and write your contacts. All scanning and merging operations are executed entirely on your local device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your contact list to any external servers or third parties.
C. Application Information (Installed Apps List)
Purpose: Used for the "App Manager" feature to display the storage occupied by installed applications and their usage frequency, helping you manage uninstalls.
Processing: We only read your installed application package information locally. Except for anonymous crash reports when necessary, we do not collect or share your app list.
D. Device and Log Information (Non-Personal Identifiable Information)
We may collect non-personally identifiable analytical data through trusted third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics).
Data Types: Device model, operating system version, crash logs, and anonymous performance metrics.
Purpose: Exclusively used to diagnose app errors, improve stability, and enhance user experience.
2. Key Permissions Explained
To deliver the core functions of this App, we request the following Android permissions when necessary. We provide explicit prompts before requesting these permissions, and you can revoke them at any time in your device's system settings:
Read/Write External Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) / Manage All Files (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to scan temporary junk files, retrieve large files, compress videos, and secure files in the Private Space.
Read/Write Contacts (READ_CONTACTS / WRITE_CONTACTS): Required only when you use the "Contact Cleanup" feature to search for duplicate contacts and perform merging/deletion upon your confirmation.
Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Required for the "App Manager" feature to obtain your local application list and calculate storage usage.
3. Data Security and Privacy Guarantees
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to protect your information:
Local Security: Files placed in the "Private Space" are secured locally on your device. Please note that if you uninstall the App or clear its data, files in the Private Space may be lost. We highly recommend moving your files out of the Private Space before uninstalling the App.
No Sharing or Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information to any third parties.
No Cloud Storage: Since we do not offer cloud backup features, all of your photos, videos, and contact information remain on your local device.
4. Third-Party Services
To optimize App performance, we may integrate compliant third-party SDKs (such as Google advertising or analytics services). The collection and processing of data by these third-party providers are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:
